Privacy Policy
Updated 11 October 2026.
1. Scope and controller
This notice covers agent1649.com and its contact form. The controller is:
Garry Guerrier
Waagner-Biro-Straße 115
8020 Graz, Austria
Email: helloagent@agent1649.com
Linked applications have separate privacy notices.
2. Choices in the solution finder
The current finder processes your choices in your browser to display a product suggestion. Its application code does not send those selections to a server or save them in browser storage. Reloading the page resets the selection.
3. Contact enquiries and browser storage
The contact form collects your email address, message and, if provided, name to respond to your enquiry. Messages are delivered to helloagent@agent1649.com through Namecheap Private Email. They do not subscribe you to marketing. The contact service does not store message content in its database; delivered messages remain in the mailbox. Ordinary contact messages are deleted when no longer needed and, at the latest, 12 months after the enquiry is resolved, unless an ongoing matter or legal obligation requires longer retention. Mailbox deletion is managed manually.
Spam protection uses a hidden field, a signed expiring challenge and submission limits. The service stores a keyed hash of the client IP for rate limiting, with records removed on subsequent requests after one hour. Random submission identifiers and delivery states are removed on subsequent requests after 24 hours. These records contain no message content.
Language preferences use browser local storage; featured application selection uses session storage to keep the selection stable during a visit. The site includes no advertising trackers or analytics scripts and sets no cookies of its own.
4. Purposes and legal bases
General enquiries are processed to respond to requests and maintain correspondence, based on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Requests concerning a potential contract are processed under Article 6(1)(b). Technical delivery and spam prevention serve the legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure website under Article 6(1)(f).
Email and message are required to use the form; name is optional. You can contact the operator directly by email instead. No automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects is made from your enquiry.
5. Hosting, email providers and international transfers
The website and contact service run on a Hetzner server. A Data Processing Agreement with Hetzner has been concluded. Technical logs may include IP addresses, request times, requested URLs, browser identifiers and error information. Nginx is configured to rotate non-empty logs daily and retain 14 rotated files. Because empty logs are not rotated, this is a file-count limit rather than a guaranteed 14-day deletion period.
Email delivery and mailbox storage use Namecheap Private Email. Namecheap support confirmed on 11 October 2026 that mailbox information is stored on its servers in Phoenix, Arizona, United States, and that its Data Processing Addendum applies to Private Email customers.
Contact enquiries therefore involve transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area. Namecheap’s Data Processing Addendum addresses US processing and incorporates Standard Contractual Clauses for EEA transfers under section 9, subject to the terms stated there. You can review the published safeguards through that link or request a copy from helloagent@agent1649.com. These arrangements do not mean that mailbox data remains in the EU.
Provider-operated logs and backups are managed under the providers’ applicable service terms and processing arrangements. The mailbox retention policy above describes deletion of ordinary correspondence by the operator; it does not promise immediate removal from every provider backup. A separate private review copy is hosted through ChatGPT Sites and may use its own access-control services.
6. Independent application websites
When you follow an external application link, the destination receives a new web request and processes information under its own privacy notice. Review that notice before using its features or submitting personal information.
7. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable GDPR provisions, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal data, restrict or object to processing, and receive portable data. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. You may also complain to a supervisory authority, including the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
To exercise your rights, email helloagent@agent1649.com. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Complaints can be submitted to the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
8. Further information
Read the General Data Protection Regulation for the applicable information duties and data-subject rights.
