1. Scope

These terms concern the Agent1649 discovery website. It introduces independently operated applications and helps visitors explore which may be relevant to their needs. Browsing this website does not create a subscription, purchase or paid service contract.

2. Independent applications

Applications linked from this website may have their own operators, availability, pricing, terms and privacy policies. Review those documents before registering, purchasing or providing information to an application. Features described as in development are not a promise of availability or a release date.

3. Solution finder

The finder provides general product suggestions based on the options you choose. Suggestions use a predefined matching process. They are not professional, legal, financial or medical advice, and do not establish that a product meets every requirement you may have.

4. Acceptable use

Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt to bypass access restrictions, interfere with its operation or misuse its content or branding. Rights in application names, logos and materials remain with their respective owners.

5. Information and external links

Descriptions may change as products develop. External websites are operated separately; linking to them does not make their content or services part of this website. Check information material to your decision with the relevant application provider.

6. Responsibility and statutory rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to restrict mandatory consumer rights or exclude liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law. Product-specific contractual rights and obligations are governed by the applicable product agreement.
